Key step in the initial deployment focused on building out the underlying integration components and transferring Google Apps Premier Edition knowledge to the customer IT team.

Goal is to identify a group of users to serve as Google Apps Premier Edition evangelists within the implementing organization (aka: Google Guides) and exercise training methods to determine if the organizational change management strategies will be effective.

Now that we have established the production environment, worked through the organizational change management process, have prepared the admin and help-desk teams, we are ready to launch.
